Clinic management for India, with AI built in
Your clinic, on autopilot.
Appointments, queue, patient records, prescriptions, GST billing and WhatsApp reminders in one system for the whole team. Autopilot, the AI inside it, drafts visit notes and answers patients at any hour. You approve everything.
- Front desk to billing, one system
- AI drafts, people approve
- Web, Android and iPhone
One system for the whole clinic
Everything your clinic runs on.
The front desk, the doctors and the owner work in one place, updated live on every screen. One patient record, one price list, one calendar, from the first booking to the last receipt.
-
Appointments calendar
Day, week and table views. Drag to reschedule in 15-minute steps. Clashes are shown before you book, and the clinic's hours and holidays sit on the grid.
-
Front-desk queue
Expected, waiting, with the doctor. Waits turn amber at 15 minutes and red at 30. Anyone with an unpaid balance shows the amount, so the desk collects it.
-
WhatsApp reminders
24 hours and 2 hours before each visit, with Confirm and Cancel buttons. Quiet between 9 pm and 7 am. Each clinic connects its own WhatsApp Business number.
-
Online booking page
Patients pick a real open time, prove their number with a WhatsApp code, and get a link to change or cancel. Slots are re-checked under a lock, so two people cannot take the same time.
-
Waitlist
Patients join when no time suits them. When an appointment is cancelled, the longest-waiting match is offered the slot on WhatsApp, automatically.
-
Patient records
Smart views for new, booked-ahead, due-for-recall and medical-alert patients. An allergy and balance banner stays in view on the patient page, with visits, billing, documents and consent in tabs.
-
Billing with GST
Invoices from the price list with a gap-free number for the financial year. GST only where a service carries a rate, shown as CGST and SGST. Cash, card, UPI or transfer, each with a receipt.
-
X-rays and documents
Drag in PDFs and images. RVG exports in BMP and TIFF are converted. Files are checked on upload and opened only through links that expire in 10 minutes.
-
Excel import
Your register as CSV: columns like “Mobile No” and “DOB” matched for you, duplicates and bad rows flagged instead of rejected, up to 2,000 at a time, with an undo.
One day, one clinic
Follow a visit from a 2 am message to the record.
Eight moments in a clinic day. AutoClin runs the routine, Autopilot drafts the writing and answers the questions, and a person decides. Keep scrolling: the scene moves with you.
A patient books while the clinic sleeps
They write in their own words. Autopilot reads real open slots from the calendar, offers two, and books with the same rules as the online booking page. Unsure or upset patients are handed to a person.
Quiet hours end, reminders go out
A WhatsApp reminder 24 hours and 2 hours before each visit, with Confirm and Cancel buttons. Nothing is sent between 9 pm and 7 am.
Three lines before the doctor walks in
Allergies, the last visit, open lab orders and dues, drawn from what is already in AutoClin, with where each line came from.
The doctor talks. The record writes itself.
Rough words, spoken or typed, become findings, diagnosis, treatment done and next visit. The doctor edits and saves. Nothing is saved without that.
Suggested, then guarded
Common medicines and doses for the diagnosis. The existing allergy check runs on top and holds back anything that clashes. The doctor decides.
A person approves. It goes on the record.
Every draft is marked as AI-written. The approval, who gave it and when, is recorded, along with the patient's consent to AI assistance.
Aftercare in the patient's own language
Written from the doctor's note in plain words: Hindi, Tamil, Bengali or English, whichever the patient reads best. Sent once a person approves.
The owner asks. The clinic answers.
Plain-English questions, answered from the clinic's own numbers with what changed. Autopilot picks from safe, fixed lookups; it never writes its own queries.
How the AI stays safe
Autopilot drafts. You decide.
Every AI feature follows the same path. It is how AutoClin is built, not a setting you have to find.
Switched on per clinic, with the patient's agreement in the consent log. If Autopilot is slow or unavailable, its buttons step aside and everything else works. The AI never touches the database: it gets a short brief and answers in text, and actions run through AutoClin's own checks.
The doctor app Android and iPhone
The clinic, in the doctor's pocket.
- TodayWho is with you, who is waiting and for how long, who is next. Start and finish a visit with a tap.
- Visit notesVitals, diagnosis and prescriptions from the phone, or dictate and let Autopilot draft the note. A medicine that clashes with an allergy is flagged before you save.
- AlertsA notification when someone books with you and 15 minutes before each visit. A time only, never a name.
- Time offMark yourself away for part of a day or whole days. Patients stop seeing those times; you see what needs moving.
Behind a fingerprint or face lock, live with the front desk, on the same clinic data.
How AutoClin keeps data safe
- 1clinic per query. Yours, always, taken from the sign-in.
- 0patient values in the audit log. Ids and field names only.
- 10minbefore a file link expires. Files never have a public address.
- 256bitencryption on stored WhatsApp tokens. Patient links are signed.
- 2,000patients per import, duplicates flagged, with an undo.
- Consent records for data use, WhatsApp messages and AI assistance, including withdrawals.
- Role-based access. Clinical notes for doctors and the owner; a change takes effect on the next request.
- Append-only audit log. The database refuses edits and deletions.
- Built for the DPDP Act, 2023. Access, correction and erasure requests are part of the product.

What does AutoClin include?
Everything a clinic runs on, in one system: an appointments calendar with online booking and a waitlist, the front-desk queue, patient records with history, allergies, X-rays and documents, visit notes and prescriptions with an allergy check, GST billing with receipts, WhatsApp reminders, staff roles and permissions, and a doctor app for Android and iPhone. Autopilot, the AI, works on top of all of it.
We run on a paper register and Excel. How hard is it to move?
Export your register as CSV and import up to 2,000 patients at a time. Columns like "Mobile No" or "DOB" are matched for you, duplicates and bad rows are flagged instead of rejected, and the owner can undo an import. Appointments start from the day you switch.
How much does it cost?
You can start free, with no card. For anything beyond that, write to autoclin.official@gmail.com and we will work it out for your clinic's size.
What if Autopilot gets something wrong?
Everything it writes is a draft, marked as AI-written, until a person approves it. Nothing clinical or about money is saved without that approval, and the allergy check and booking rules run on every draft, just as they do on every screen. Edits and approvals are recorded, so you can always see who decided what.
Do we have to use the AI?
No. Autopilot is switched on per clinic, and patients' agreement to AI assistance is recorded in the consent log. With it off you still have the whole clinic system, from appointments to billing, and if Autopilot is ever slow or unavailable, its buttons step aside while everything else carries on.
What patient information does the AI see?
Only what the task needs, built into a short brief by AutoClin. Names and phone numbers are left out unless the task requires them, it only ever sees your own clinic's data, and it has no access to the database. Actions such as booking a slot go through AutoClin's own code and checks.
Which languages does it work in?
Patients get reminders, aftercare and replies in plain words in their own language, such as Hindi, Tamil or Bengali, as well as English. Doctors can dictate the way they speak.
Is our data kept separate from other clinics?
Yes. The clinic is always taken from the signed-in user, never from the request, and every query, including everything Autopilot does, is limited to that clinic. Reads and changes of patient records go into an audit log the owner can read.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The web app fits any phone, and doctors have the AutoClin doctor app for Android and iPhone, with today's patients, visit notes and appointment alerts.
What happens when our internet drops?
Open screens keep showing what they last had and catch up when the connection returns. Reminders and Autopilot's WhatsApp replies run from our servers, not your clinic's connection, so they carry on while your Wi-Fi is down.
Does billing handle GST?
Healthcare services are generally exempt, so tax is off unless you give a service a rate. When GST applies, invoices are titled Tax Invoice and show CGST and SGST. Confirm the rules for your clinic with your chartered accountant.
